DOes IQDBUY Offer any investment advice?

No, we do not offer investment advice. The value of the Iraqi Dinar and other currencies may go up or down. Accordingly when you decide to sell Iraqi Dinars they may be worth more or less than you originally paid for them. Buy and sell at your own risk.

does IQDBUY offer covenient payment methods?

We accept most payment methods including PayPal, credit cards, echecks, bank wires, Stripe, Usdt and bitcoin, USD, WU and Moneygram. You get 5% discount on your currency order when paying with Crypto or bankwire or WU.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide and we only ship with express courier 3-5 day delivery.

What is order handling time?

1-2 business days.. Usually 1-2 days but if order was placed during weekend then maximum three days.

When is my order effective?

Any Order is effective the moment payment is completed and successfully processed. We alway contact our customers after payment completion with their orders tracking numbers with the express courier available.

What information you need for shipping?

We need your full physical address including phone number for smooth expedient delivery.

is IQDBUY held responsible if currency price goes down?

If the prices go down, you will NOT receive a price adjustment on orders placed prior to the change. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We reserve the right to change our listed prices of the currencies we sell without prior written or verbal notice, and at any time ( depending on the fluctuant exchange rates of IQD or IRR ).

Can i change my shipping address?

Usually no unless your order was not dispatched.. in such case you need to contact us very quickly to adjust shipping address including phone number.

Is signature required for a successful delivery?

Yes. A signature is required by FedEx and USPS. Some states do not require signature for delivery.

Can I get a certificate of authenticity?

All currencies we sell are all authentic and checked before dispatch. If you need a certificate of authenticity for the dinars or other currencies you have already purchased, the rest assured it is included without you asking for it.

Can I purchase more than five millions iqd?

for new customers.. Maximum orders with credit cards and/or Paypal is 5 millions. For other payment methods, all customers enjoy unlimited purchasing orders.

What is your return policty at IQDBUY?

ll sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. IQDBUY will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. The only return accepted is when your order does not match the amount or description of the item purchased.

Are IQDBUY prices fixed for iqd and other currencies?

No. We may change rates of certain currencies at our own discretion and conforming with the current rates.

what if my payment is returned?

If a payment is returned for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to inform you. There is a $25.00 return check fee that you will be responsible for and we will no longer be able to accept checks from you. You will have to send a secured payment for any other orders.
We use a commercial currency anti-counterfeit machine for the sale of all bank notes and additionally inspect the bills manually using  UV light.

do you have special rates for large orders?

of course we have, the special rates we offer to wholesalers are matchless.. All you need is contact us via Whatsapp or through the contact form to get the special rates that are convenient to you .
